EXAMPLE 3: Execute on critical business needs
Due to a required post-merger integration after acquisition of new entities with significant size, a transformation of the HR Administration & Payroll organization and process set up was necessary for local German entities in critical delivery timing. SHAPEiN supported in a PMI concept for HR Operations leading to the need for a complete HR Admin redesign and payroll outsourcing in a first phase. In the transformation program, SHAPEiN was asked to steer and support the RFP process and BPO provider selection and to take over Project Coordination and Controlling as well as support of individual work streams during Implementation and set up of Service Delivery.
