EXAMPLE 2: Close the knowledge gaps

Known for regular „trend scouting“ workshops on client site and through participation of a closed HRIS community, SHAPEiN was asked to support a Corporate HR service function in a carve-out project. In addition to deliver a “Carve Out Factory” approach for re-usable methods and tools in carve-out and PMI situations, SHAPEiN supported Corporate HR and IT in selection of Payroll BPO provider. In the BPO vendor driven implementation project for the carve-out candidate, engagement was expanded to support with Subject Matter experience and to steer implementation.
