EXAMPLE 1: Deliver the business case

Initially SHAPEiN was asked to review program and conceptional set up for a cloud-based HR Admin & Payroll implementation in the client’s  main country.  Client then needed support to get to a “phase 2” for extension of functional usage as well as global roll-out of relevant functions to other countries. Hence our engagement was extended to set up a governance model for processes, concrete HR-IT landscape and roadmap design and definition of “Guiding Principles” for global and local process implementation. In execution phase, SHAPEiN was asked for continued involvement in set up and coordination of project work streams and functional and technical implementation support.
